Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the lifecycle of core business applications such as ERP, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
  • •Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate system issues to maintain high availability and performance.
  • •Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document application requirements; translate needs into functional specifications and use cases.
  • •Lead or support implementation, integration, and upgrades; coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM, or custom enterprise platforms.
  • •Strong experience building and presenting performance dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
