Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the lifecycle of core business applications such as ERP, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
•Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate system issues to maintain high availability and performance.
•Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document application requirements; translate needs into functional specifications and use cases.
•Lead or support implementation, integration, and upgrades; coordinate testing, user acceptance, training, and documentation.
•Liaise with vendors and external consultants, manage small to medium-scale application projects, and ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with IT policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
•4 to less than 6 years of experience managing or supporting enterprise business applications.
•Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management, business analysis, and process modeling.
•Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics), CRM, or custom enterprise platforms.
•Strong experience building and presenting performance dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
