Job Summary

Join the Data & AI team to develop and implement agentic AI use cases and business processes. Build scalable agent platforms that enable autonomous workflows and intelligent decision-making using Azure-based solutions. Partner with customers and interdisciplinary teams to optimize existing AI solutions, improve performance continuously, and stay current on AI/ML/cloud advancements. Work in hybrid setup across multiple German locations.

Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Identify innovative AI use cases and support their implementation from technical conception to realization.
•Develop and implement tailored agentic AI solutions for various industries based on Azure Cloud.
•Build and maintain scalable agentic AI platforms enabling autonomous workflows and intelligent decision processes.
•Support customers in optimizing existing AI solutions and ensure continuous improvements.
•Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and keep technical knowledge up to date to evolve AI solutions.

Key Requirements

•Solid Python knowledge and experience with agent frameworks and Azure AI Services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LangChain).
•Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, LLMOps, and modern cloud technologies (advantage).
•Experience building prototypes, PoCs, or MVPs to validate AI applications.
•Experience in designing, evaluating, and implementing AI solutions, including model selection, architecture design, and scaling (advantage).
•Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and high quality standards; clear business-oriented communication with interdisciplinary teams.
•Very good German and English skills (C1/Advanced).
