Own logistics procurement for TikTok Shop’s Europe local fulfillment network, including first-mile, line-haul, warehousing, and last-mile. Lead supplier selection, benchmarking, pricing mechanisms, and commercial negotiations to improve cost and service quality. Build quarterly and annual procurement strategies, manage supplier performance and onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate contract execution and rate updates with Product, Operations, Legal, and Finance.

•Lead procurement activities for TikTok Shop Europe local fulfillment logistics, including supplier selection, benchmarking, and commercial negotiation.
•Optimize fulfillment cost and service quality by selecting high-performing logistics partners and improving pricing mechanisms.
•Develop annual and quarterly procurement strategies and resource plans based on e-commerce business models and regional growth trends.
•Maintain relationships with logistics service providers and drive capacity planning and service enhancement during peak seasons and promotions.
•Coordinate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Finance on contract execution, rate updates, supplier onboarding, and fulfillment process optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or related fields.

•High written and oral proficiency in Chinese to interpret contracts and communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
•Strong understanding of the e-commerce fulfillment lifecycle (inbound, storage, sorting, line-haul, last-mile) and associated cost structures.
•Ability to independently lead complex procurement initiatives with strong negotiation and cost awareness.
