Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure bays are clean and ready for guests and greet every guest immediately in a friendly, approachable manner.
  • •Assist guests with understanding and enjoying the game, including safety rules, bay features, and game demos.
  • •Engage with guests, offer food and beverages, suggest premium menu items, and maximize the guest experience and revenue.
  • •Maintain smart and professional appearance, follow responsible alcohol service rules, and ensure health & safety procedures are followed to prevent accidents or injury.
  • •Provide efficient service by clearing/relating tables when required, handling cash/credit cards responsibly, gathering feedback, and reporting hazards or maintenance needs.
