Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation to support timely project completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, performing quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve issues or conflicts.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to ensure adequate supply for project requirements.
  • •Monitor and control project costs and expenditures, implement quality control measures, and maintain up-to-date site documentation including progress reports and as-built drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience in construction/project delivery.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, methods, and materials, including structural design and plans/drawings.
  • •Proficiency with construction tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD) and ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
