Key Responsibilities

•Assess patients with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing difficulties.
•Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs and assessment findings.
•Provide speech and language therapy interventions for pediatric and adult patients.
•Conduct swallowing assessments, provide therapeutic interventions, and monitor patient progress to modify plans.
•Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and patient safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy / Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
•Valid professional license/eligibility as required by UAE healthcare authorities (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).
•Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in speech and language therapy (preferred).
•Experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or multidisciplinary healthcare setting (preferred).
•Experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
