Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily activities of a technician team to meet production targets, manage daily priorities, and provide process/design feedback while training where knowledge gaps exist.
  • •Support new product engineering during development and pre-production hardware lifecycle phases, including building pre-production, qualification, and production hardware.
  • •Assist with transitioning product lines from engineering development to full rate production.
  • •Provide detailed feedback to engineering on process improvements, common issues, line layout, and work instructions; maintain engineering pilot line and tool storage.
  • •Assemble systems by following blueprints, schematics, and instructions; maintain detailed records of assembly processes and test results; follow workplace safety protocols (including possible overtime/weekend shifts as needed).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 43 - 55 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing (aerospace, electronics, or medical industry preferred) performing mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
  • •Proficiency using common hand tools and power tools (e.g., screwdrivers, calipers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, multimeters, test equipment).
  • •Able to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions using blueprints/schematics.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with engineering and production, and effectively prioritize self and team to meet production goals.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
