Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct exploratory analysis to answer well-defined business questions and summarize findings into clear reports and presentations with actionable takeaways.
  • •Build, monitor, and maintain dashboards used by product and operations teams.
  • •Work with product managers and operational leads to understand requirements and translate them into data work.
  • •Support senior analysts on larger projects, including experiment analysis and deep-dive investigations, learning their methods as you go.
  • •Maintain and improve the data team’s documentation, queries, and standards while taking ownership of the accuracy and reliability of delivered outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or junior Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Econometrics, or similar.
  • •A foundation in statistics and experience with data processing/programming for analysis.
  • •Hands-on work with SQL and data analysis, including data visualization.
  • •Experience with a capstone or real company data project, and comfort turning questions into clear findings.
  • •Clear communication to make data understandable to non-technical colleagues, with attention to detail and curiosity.
