Job Summary

Support HSBC Taiwan Wealth operations by processing a wide range of transactions, ensuring compliance with BIM, MOF and CBC FEX rules, authorizing account maintenance within limits, and coordinating fund data updates. You will train junior staff, deliver professional customer service, and align with investment product maintenance while leveraging banking systems and PM skills to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•To perform operation process for all possible transaction types in HSBC TWN including account services, operation support, account investigation, mutual fund subscription, SN, ETF, Secondary Bond, Onshore/ Offshore Bond Transfer, switch, redemption, allotment, dividend allocation, distribution, Fund house operation coordination, Regulation official letter handling, Trust related taxation reporting, and quality management, audit confirmation process.
•To authorize transactions and customer’s account maintenance within limits to comply with BIM, MOF, and CBC FEX rules/regulations.
•To get familiar with different system, understanding objectives and setting priorities to get jobs done efficiently and effectively.
•To ensure all maintenance/transactions are appropriately authorized and handled timely & accurately by providing with necessary training and advise to junior staff.
•To provide excellent customer services to customers/colleagues with professional, pleasant and delivered and performed efficiently and professionally.
