Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, configure, and optimize the Docebo Learning Management System.
  • •Maintain learning plans, catalogs, groups, notifications, and user permissions; manage dynamic groups and enrollment automations.
  • •Build and maintain automated workflows and integrations inside and outside the LMS using the Docebo API and other enterprise systems.
  • •Develop custom scripts and reporting solutions to extend LMS functionality beyond native reporting.
  • •Troubleshoot complex LMS issues and manage vendor support cases, upgrades, release testing, and implementation of new platform features.

Key Requirements
