Own product strategy for AI/ML feature areas for ThousandEyes, working with engineering and research to ship intelligent, agentic capabilities built on network telemetry data. Serve as the bridge between customer problems and what models can do, digging into model behavior and trade-offs. Design AI-first user experiences where intelligent automation is the default and help translate research into reliable, scalable production features.
