Job Summary

•Own end-to-end hiring across engineering, product, design, and data science with founders.
•Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies using outbound, referrals, and technical communities.
•Run structured recruiting processes from screening through offer while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
•Track pipeline health in Ashby and build scalable recruiting systems and playbooks.
•Help grow out the recruiting team as the company scales.
