Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end hiring across engineering, product, design, and data science with founders.
  • •Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies using outbound, referrals, and technical communities.
  • •Run structured recruiting processes from screening through offer while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • •Track pipeline health in Ashby and build scalable recruiting systems and playbooks.
  • •Help grow out the recruiting team as the company scales.
