•Assist customers in finding vehicles that fit their needs using knowledge of CarMax inventory.
•Guide customers through the end-to-end process, including appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
•Deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively listening and providing clear, honest information.
•Complete accurate documentation for all transactions to ensure a smooth, transparent process.
•Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and store goals while maintaining EH&S requirements and a clean workspace.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7.75 - 20 hourly
