Warehouse Shift Lead

Lead daily operations at a DashMart local fulfillment center by owning assigned shifts, coordinating warehouse and (where applicable) light-prep kitchen processes, and ensuring safe, accurate order fulfillment. You’ll guide Operations Associates, serve as the daily escalation point, maintain inventory and equipment accountability, and contribute ideas to improve quality and the customer experience.
