Manager - Business Banking Risk and Control

Manage Business Banking risk and control activities across assigned portfolios, products, and processes. Monitor risk exposures, control effectiveness, and policy adherence, and challenge control weaknesses with recommended corrective actions. Coordinate control reviews, testing, and assurance assessments, while supporting regulatory, compliance, and financial crime risk requirements. Prepare risk dashboards and governance reporting, support decision-making forums, and track remediation for operational risk events, audit findings, and regulatory observations.
