Job Summary

Support Applied Materials South East Asia’s UPSkill workforce development programs end-to-end, including training evaluation, learner feedback analysis, and delivery coordination. Partner with stakeholders to turn insights into improvement actions, enhance learner experience, and manage communications. Track and report KPIs across adoption, enrolment/completion, and evaluation scores, while supporting program execution, logistics coordination, and ad hoc regional ecosystem initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Run training evaluation cycles using surveys and feedback consolidation to generate improvement actions.
•Analyze learner feedback and participant segments to identify trends, root causes, and recommendations.
•Support end-to-end program operations, including annual work planning, scheduling/coordination, logistics, and post-program follow-ups.
•Create and update program communications and materials (slides, briefs, announcements) to drive awareness and participation.
•Track and report KPIs (adoption, enrolment/completion, evaluation scores), highlight risks/trends, and support ad hoc ecosystem initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Experience analyzing training or learner feedback to derive actionable insights.
•Strong research and structured problem-solving ability.
•Effective communication skills, including writing concise materials for learners.
•High attention to detail and ability to prioritize and follow through in a dynamic environment.
