Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, store, pick, and distribute materials and products by reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions.
  • •Transport items within the warehouse and load/unload palletized and non-palletized product, using manual and automated material-handling equipment.
  • •Assemble customer orders from stock, place orders on pallets, and mark materials with identifying information.
  • •Record quantities received and distributed, enter records on a computer, and complete cycle count inventory with documentation.
  • •Follow safety and hygiene procedures, keep aisles/exits clear, remove trash, and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives (5S).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse position.
  • •Previous experience with Oracle or similar WMS (warehouse management system).
  • •Forklift experience and ability to be certified to drive material-handling equipment.
  • •Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines while keeping work areas clean and organized.
