Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate business units in identifying, testing, and reporting operational risks using business self-testing to detect operational issues early.
  • •Monitor and review credit and fraud risk complaints to identify and understand areas of emerging risk.
  • •Assist in enhancing credit and fraud risk complaint review and monitoring, including expanding the program across credit and fraud strategies.
  • •Support thematic risk reporting of complaint volumes, trends, and root causes to provide actionable insights.
  • •Proactively identify high-risk areas for intervention, including independent quality assurance and vertical process testing.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in credit & fraud risk management (e.g., within Risk and/or Internal Audit), with understanding of the operational risk management lifecycle.
  • •Understanding of critical operational risk management activities and the ability to apply regulatory standards and operational practices.
