Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate production-ready AI agents that automate manual Commerce Operations tasks.
  • •Implement agent orchestration and agent-to-agent integrations using frameworks and standards such as LangGraph/LangChain and A2A/MCP/OpenAPI-based tools.
  • •Create secure enterprise API integrations and optimize RAG pipelines using documents and knowledge repositories.
  • •Add reliability features including guardrails, human approval gates, LLM routing, failover mechanisms, evaluation, and observability (monitoring, tracing, audit logging).
  • •Own deployment and production operations (CI/CD, rollout/rollback, model/version control, cost tracking) and report business impact metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software engineering (or related) experience in an enterprise environment.
  • •Experience building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic AI applications in production.
  • •Strong Python skills and experience with LLM/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI SDK, or Anthropic SDK.
