Job Summary

Oversee the daily operations of the resort’s IT team to ensure IT infrastructure is available, secure, and performant. Lead support activities, coordinate service delivery, and provide advanced escalation troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network issues. Supervise IT asset management, records, and compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards, while driving process improvements and supporting IT project implementations across the resort.

•Oversee performance, availability, and reliability of computer systems, network resources, and end-user technology.
•Support the integrity, security, and effectiveness of information systems; analyze issues and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems.
•Maintain IT assets and records, ensure compliance with company policies and cybersecurity standards, and coordinate vendor support and IT project initiatives.
