Job Summary

Lead a cross-functional team to define IPH/CISS PA, MEMS and FCI product requirements aligned to customer needs and business goals. Oversee multiple projects, qualifications, and quality issues, ensuring resource allocation, schedules, and costs meet roadmaps. Build strong internal and external partnerships to drive product and process improvements, quality, and manufacturing excellence across HP’s MEMS/PA portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Provides direct leadership for a team of individual contributors, designing engineering tests and coordinating projects for manufacturing IPH/CISS products, Printhead and Pen assemblies.
•Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules and costs of multiple projects, ensuring resources are allocated and risks mitigated.
•Ensures goals, timelines and budgets are met in line with program roadmaps and KPIs; tracks product performance.
•Manages timely delivery of product launches and changes to meet business goals.
•Builds and maintains relationships with partners and suppliers, setting expectations for deliverables, quality, schedules and costs.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Material Science or Chemical Engineering
•Strong people management and collaboration skills with the ability to lead a diverse team
•Strong quality mindset with analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
•Good understanding of TIJ technologies, processes and product performance
•Knowledge of design of experiments, test plans, product reliability, and industrial 4.0/5.0
