Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage furniture rentals for Elevated Experiences, including sourcing, ordering, delivery timelines, on-site placement, and returns.
  • •Ensure Warehouse Pull Sheets are completed accurately so inventory is prepped and accounted for ahead of show.
  • •Own and maintain the All-Info document and share updates cross-departmentally.
  • •Oversee and maintain the Purchase Tracker to log spend accurately and align with budget expectations.
  • •Support site advancing and credential advancing, and provide on-site managerial support during load-in, show days, and load-out.

Salary: USD 70,304 - 80,000 annually

  • •Proven project management experience for live events, hospitality, or experiential activations.
  • •Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills to manage multiple shows at once.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • •Detail-oriented, proactive troubleshooting in high-pressure, fast-changing environments.
  • •Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (especially Sheets/Excel), with willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
