Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end monthly and quarterly forecast cycle (near-term, mid-range, AOP forecasts) for assigned end markets.
  • •Build, reconcile, and load market-level forecast data (unit volume, ASP, revenue, margin) into SAP IBP while ensuring accuracy across forecast versions.
  • •Maintain market-specific forecast models and apply business judgment to make forecast recommendations to leadership.
  • •Align demand forecasts with supply requests through S&OP, validating supply adjustments and resolving demand-supply misalignment before quarter-end commitments.
  • •Represent market performance, risks, and opportunities in reviews; deliver forecast presentations, variance analyses, and monitor bookings for revenue attainment.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in business management, FP&A, demand planning, or supply chain/business operations in semiconductor, hardware, or technology industries.
  • •Advanced Excel and BI reporting skills to build, reconcile, and maintain complex, scalable forecast models.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to cross-functional and leadership audiences.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; can manage multiple concurrent deadlines with high accuracy.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
