Job Summary

Maintain daily cleanliness and orderliness at Leader Bank Pavilion under the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager and Cleaning Supervisor. Clean front-of-house, restrooms, offices, dressing rooms, VIP areas, and backstage spaces; restock supplies; manage spills and messes; sort and pick up trash as part of sustainability initiatives; complete cleaning checklists; and help with post-concert venue clean-up. Evening availability is required, with shifts often running from about 5pm to midnight.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion professionally to venue visitors, including business partners and artists.
•Clean and maintain venue areas including restrooms, offices, dressing rooms, front-of-house, and VIP areas before and after shows.
•Restock restroom paper, materials, and hygiene products as needed; clean toilets, sinks, floors, and address spills during concerts and events.
•Pick up and sort trash as part of sustainability initiatives and complete a cleaning checklist for assigned areas.
•Communicate cleaning needs with the Cleaning & Sustainability Manager and comply with safety regulations, including post-concert clean-up support for non-union staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.2 - 24 hourly

Key Requirements

•Background in cleaning preferred, with general knowledge of cleaning supplies.
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Reliable transportation for late-night and early-morning shifts, which may be outside public transportation hours.
•Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, move/set up furniture, bend, and remain standing for long periods.
•Professional demeanor and appearance, including independent good judgment within policy and procedures.
