Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements, advising clients and employees on employment law changes and collective bargaining updates.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer lifecycle documents across the employee lifecycle, including amendments, letters, and employment forms as needed.
  • •Advise on employment legislation and guide both basic and complex legal interpretations based on employment agreements.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance across lifecycle activities, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • •Identify process improvements and contribute to automation and product development while maintaining employee data integrity and confidentiality.
