  • •Oversee complex real estate transactions, including end-to-end lifecycle management of office buildouts and related capital planning and forecasting.
  • •Manage operating and capital budgets and provide accurate financial and operational reporting to senior leadership and investment committees.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or at least 5 years with a PhD.
  • •15+ years of progressive corporate real estate experience managing complex portfolios, transactions, and capital programs across LAC.
  • •Strong financial acumen managing large operating and capital budgets.
  • •Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams within matrixed, multicultural organizations.
  • •Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
