Senior Director, Real Estate – Latin America & Caribbean

Set and execute the corporate real estate strategy for the Latin America & Caribbean region. Lead executive-level portfolio planning, scenario modeling, and transaction oversight, including office buildouts and capital programs. Manage operating and capital budgets, ensure rigorous reporting to senior leadership and investment committees, and partner with global real estate leaders and external partners. Lead and mentor regional real estate and facilities teams, while promoting analytics, digital tools (including AI), and workplace experience initiatives in a hybrid environment.
