Key Responsibilities

•Generate revenue by responding to proposals, sales leads, and client relationships, and pursue new or expanded work.
•Engage with Compensation Committees and senior business leaders to understand needs and deliver high-quality solutions across client engagements.
•Lead client teams in delivery of executive compensation advisory projects, including plan design, implementation, and governance.
•Mentor and develop the technical and consulting skills of team members while collaborating with peers.
•Contribute to thought leadership and client storytelling through articles and industry speaking engagements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 325,000 annually
