Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Construction Management

Lead day-to-day cost management for complex construction and development programs for the Chicago team, acting as a key client interface. Own estimating, cost planning, change order evaluation, valuations, and cost variance/change control processes. Collaborate with design services, the general contractor, and owners to review pricing, drive value engineering sessions, produce monthly cost reports, and support final account negotiations.
