  • •Respond to leads in a timely fashion and provide information to support an in-store experience.
  • •Use consultative communication to help customers select vehicles and negotiate terms that meet budget and lifestyle needs.
  • •Deliver exceptional customer experience before and after purchase, including following up for satisfaction.
  • •Help transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
