Job Summary

Plan, control and optimize logistics operations, directing shipment clearance and monitoring inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with internal/external stakeholders and supporting HSE initiatives.

Job Function: Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

•Arrange shipment arrangements for inbound and outbound.
•Track shipments, monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery; handle shipment clearances.
•Develop reports on products/material movements and other operational logistics issues.
•Update stakeholders on shipment status and assist in designing standard operating methods.
•Ensure compliance with directives/policies and support safety and IMS initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration; professional qualification in a related field or supply chain/logistics course.
•Knowledge of logistics operations (inbound/outbound) and import/export documentation; SAP ERP knowledge preferred.
•Minimum 5 years of working experience; 3 years relevant experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-culturally.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and related software.
