Job Summary

Safely and efficiently operate a commercial vehicle to deliver freight undamaged to commercial and residential job sites. Inspect the truck and trailer, load and unload building materials (up to 80 lbs.), follow customer-directed routes, and prioritize safety. Maintain required state and federal compliance records, communicate professionally, and promptly report accidents. Provide world-class customer service while working both outdoors and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect the truck and trailer for defects to ensure safe operation.
•Safely load building materials onto flatbed or boom trucks and unload products at commercial and residential job sites.
•Deliver materials to assigned areas as directed by customers while prioritizing personal and others’ safety.
•Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, and maintain records required for compliance.
•Report all accidents involving the driver or company equipment and provide excellent customer service.
