Key Responsibilities

  • •Get new hires to meaningful impact faster by owning and expanding onboarding programs.
  • •Diagnose and close skill gaps by identifying what’s missing for individuals and teams and orchestrating fixes.
  • •Own the development experience end to end, designing, running, and iterating on learning programs.
  • •Build AI into people development by personalizing learning, automating program operations, and raising the bar.
  • •Develop deep fluency in the company’s products, people, and systems so learning solutions are grounded in how the business works.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years owning outcomes for others’ performance as a business partner, people/HR leader, enablement lead, management consultant, chief of staff, founder, or in L&D.
  • •Ability to distinguish between an engaging workshop and one that changes how people work.
  • •Commercially minded, working backwards from business problems instead of taking asks at face value.
  • •Track record of making a strong performer dramatically better and clearly articulating impact.
  • •Evidence of learning something hard independently and shipping it using AI.
