Job Summary

Support process improvement initiatives and help build project plans for plant operations in North America during summer 2027. Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams in state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, assisting with plant initiatives and special projects to completion. The internship is designed to provide hands-on manufacturing experience and a talent pipeline into Avery Dennison’s Early Careers Program in Operations.

•Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a focus on Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or other related areas.
•Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience.
•Experience through student organizations (e.g., Engineers without Borders, ASME, AIChE, etc.).
•Volunteerism or similar activities.
•Must be interested and able to relocate now and in the future, with reliable transportation to and from work.
