Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team of SAP experts, including capacity planning and talent development for S/4.
  • •Ensure governance and delivery of fit-for-purpose Lead-to-Cash and interlocking Supply Chain solutions, including clean-core S/4 design and quality reviews.
  • •Drive innovation through use of standard SAP solutions, de-customization, modernization, and reduction of technology debt.
  • •Partner with an Application Maintenance Services (AMS) provider to manage day-to-day operations and improve user experience.
  • •Collaborate across Digital Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and project stakeholders to assess feasibility, manage risks, and support adoption of new SAP technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of SAP experience, including 4–5 full-cycle ERP/S4 implementations, upgrades, and operations.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP Supply Chain lifecycle activities (solution design, configuration, quality assurance, issue resolution).
  • •Minimum 5 years managing operations for a portfolio of SAP solutions and interfacing applications with an external partner.
  • •Experience leading a team in a matrix organization; SAP Supply Chain certification and SAP project management experience are preferred.
