Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage global import/export operations including departmental personnel, external providers, automated systems, and operating procedures.
  • •Ensure compliance with Mexican customs laws and regulations to prevent sanctions or penalties.
  • •Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the Mexican Customs Automated System and support company and government requirements.
  • •Audit import/export data and documentation for customs clearance and compliance, including export goods qualification for TLCAN.
  • •Coordinate customs agents, manage certification operations, handle customs-related cross-border issues, and ensure timely payment of duties and tariffs.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Foreign Trade or related fields.
  • •Around 5–10 years of experience in trade/customs operations.
  • •Knowledge of maquila operations and correct application of customs regime.
  • •Ability to read pedimentos and operate billing software (I-xport).
  • •Advanced English proficiency.
