Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist manufacturing technicians, engineers, and leadership with day-to-day production equipment and process challenges.
  • •Monitor, collect, and analyze production process data, including statistical analysis to assess performance.
  • •Execute planned process experiments, collect and analyze data, and report experimental results.
  • •Identify and implement product performance improvements and develop/update documentation (process work instructions and control plans).
  • •Create and conduct training in classroom and on the production floor while maintaining effective cross-functional communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
  • •Safety mindset for working in a manufacturing factory.
  • •Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • •Competent in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to troubleshoot and solve problems.
