Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform month-end close tasks (journal entries, inventory analysis, event flash) in accordance with GAAP and SOX requirements.
  • •Oversee financial statement management, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for product licensing across all sales channels.
  • •Drive profitability improvements through variance analysis, cost control, and strategic planning.
  • •Advise leadership on growth initiatives, margin pricing strategies, and ROI; lead annual budgeting and long-range planning forecast.
  • •Manage all aspects of the P&L by tracking revenue and costs, analyze key operational metrics, and develop process improvements for reporting and royalty workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • •8-10+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance in CPG and retail.
  • •Experience mentoring staff and leading cross-functional teams.
  • •Advanced technical skills including Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools.
  • •Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
