Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive production-ready enterprise deployments by embedding on-site for focused 5-day engagements, arriving with hypotheses and leaving with production workflows in place.
  • •Design and build workflow automation solutions, including workflows, integrations, and custom nodes tailored to customer environments.
  • •Translate customer problems into concrete automation designs that prioritize real value over technical complexity.
  • •Bridge customer needs with Product and Engineering by identifying reusable node improvements, documenting technical gaps, and sharing feedback.
  • •Deliver time-boxed, scalable engagements and create reusable learnings, workflows, and integration patterns for an internal playbook.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid full-stack or backend engineering experience building integrations, APIs, or automation pipelines in production environments.
  • •Experience creating custom nodes and extending integrations with confidence around APIs, authentication patterns, data models, and event-driven systems.
  • •Product-minded technical execution to distinguish one-off workarounds from reusable improvements and product-worthy feature escalations.
  • •Comfort working directly in customer environments and building trust with engineers, operators, and non-technical stakeholders.
