Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise the Contractors’ building services installations and related works as a member of the full-time site supervisory team.
  • •Report to and advise the Building Services Engineer (BSE) and HKHS Project Superintendents/Coordinators on quality and progress of works.
  • •Represent the BSE on site to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements for building services installations.

Key Requirements

  • •A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong institution, or equivalent.
  • •English and Chinese language proficiency at Level 2* or above under HKCEE/HKDSEE requirements (or equivalent).
  • •8 years of relevant experience including 4 years as Assistant Building Services Inspector or equivalent.
