Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent quality interests toward national and international customers, procurement authorities, and approval/supervisory bodies, ensuring contractual, regulatory, and security/reliability requirements are implemented.
  • •Support programs and projects from offer phase through development, production, integration, and in-service support to the end of the product lifecycle, embedding quality requirements early and sustainably.
  • •Assess the effectiveness of project and development processes, identify risks and deviations early, and drive appropriate measures to ensure quality, schedule, and cost.
  • •Analyze quality, performance, and reliability data to derive insights and define improvement actions with specialist departments to raise product and process quality.
  • •Conduct root-cause analyses for quality events, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and ensure their sustainable implementation and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable field.
  • •Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally for complex development, defense, aviation, or space programs.
  • •Knowledge of relevant quality and management systems, in particular ISO 9001, EN 9100, or AQAP standards.
  • •Experience planning, conducting, and supporting audits, and assessing processes and management systems.
  • •Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex topics and communicate them appropriately (German and English proficiency, spoken and written).
