Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute component risk assessments for new PPAP tasks to define the PPAP level requested from suppliers.
  • •Notify suppliers and internal peers of PPAP levels; send PPAP packages (PSW complete file) and manage PPAP tasks in Windchill.
  • •Evaluate PPAPs against engineering drawings and Trane specifications, including dimensional and compliance tests.
  • •Perform fit, form and function activities and obtain approval signatures from relevant engineering and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • •Maintain NCM documentation, perform first piece/in-process/final inspections and audits, and support root cause analysis and troubleshooting with engineering and production teams.

Key Requirements
