•Manage cross-functional dependencies, governance routines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.
•Track initiative progress, surface blockers, measure business impact, document benefits, and prepare executive updates for leadership reviews.

•4-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, business operations, or related functions.
•Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influencing skills.
•Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate them into actionable plans.
•Experience driving initiatives from problem definition and solution design through execution follow-through.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, producing leadership-ready materials; includes people management/team handling experience.
