Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and grow the engineering team, setting direction and shipping outcomes.
  • •Review meaningful changes, pair on complex problems, and step in on high-impact work as needed.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations to make tradeoffs explicit and maintain team focus on priorities.
  • •Raise standards across developer velocity, code quality, observability, incident response, user analytics and product engagement.
  • •Hire strong engineers, provide timely feedback, run fair performance processes, and help people grow over time.

  • •Must have experience leading and coaching engineering teams, including setting direction and driving delivery from idea to production.
