Sales Supervisor, Full Time - Chelsea, London

Lead and execute efforts to achieve individual store sales goals. Inspire a customer-first sales floor, drive clientele and retention, and maintain strong customer experience feedback measured through NPS. Oversee inventory accuracy with cycle counts and inbound/outbound controls, track key BOH fulfillment and inventory metrics, and support loss prevention. Manage weekly store procedures, merchandising standards, onboarding, coaching, and real-time feedback to store leadership.
