Job Summary

Develop and maintain tests for functional and performance verification at the core level, and build testbench components to support next-generation IP. Maintain or improve test libraries for IP-level testing, create and enhance hardware emulation builds to verify functional performance, and improve runtime speed and debugging. Collaborate across teams by providing technical support to other groups developing AMD technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain tests for functional verification and performance verification at the core level.
•Build testbench components to support the next generation IP.
•Maintain or improve current test libraries to support IP level testing.
•Create hardware emulation builds to verify IP functional performance.
•Maintain and improve hardware emulation environment to speed runtime performance and improve the debug facility, and provide technical support to other teams.

Key Requirements

•Passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification.
•Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with engineers in different sites/time zones.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with willingness to learn and take on problems.
•Good at C/C++.
•Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering.
