Job Summary

Assist engineers with execution of DOEs and implement engineering solutions to improve lab equipment performance, quality, and cycle time. Provide technical debugging support using root-cause analysis to resolve test-related issues and help improve equipment consistency. Document test results and generate timely reports, verify engineering work orders, and release work orders to the lab. Execute evaluations of equipment upgrades/enhancements and carry out lab equipment maintenance per engineering procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist engineers with execution of DOEs to support engineering qualification schedules.
•Implement engineering solutions for continuous improvement on lab equipment to achieve quality and cycle time goals.
•Perform technical debugging and root-cause analysis to resolve test-related issues and improve equipment consistency.
•Document test results and generate reports in a timely manner.
•Verify engineering work orders and execute equipment upgrade/evaluation and lab maintenance activities per engineering procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 30,800 - 44,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or NITEC in the same fields.
•At least 3 years of related working experience (as stated for Senior Technician and above).
•Understanding of semiconductor testing.
•Good communication skills.
•Ability to work as a team player to deliver results.
