Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead advanced dispersion development programs from concept through manufacturing implementation.
  • •Develop and apply dispersion process development across laboratory, pilot, and manufacturing scale-up methodologies.
  • •Apply colloidal science, surface chemistry, rheology, and stabilization principles to optimize dispersion formulation and technologies.
  • •Design hypothesis-driven experiments using DOE and statistical tools, and interpret complex datasets to establish cause-effect relationships.
  • •Partner with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to transfer technology, drive readiness, and provide technical reviews and mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years of industrial R&D experience in pigment, dye, or dispersion chemistry and wet chemistry/ink formulation development.
  • •Deep knowledge of polymers in solution and colloidal/interface chemistry to optimize dispersion formulation and stabilization.
  • •Proven experience leading complex research and technology development programs from concept through commercialization.
  • •Ability to design and analyze multivariable formulation/process experiments using DOE and statistical tools, translating results into clear technical recommendations.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
