Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect the strategic design of document taxonomy and ontology and drive migration to graph-based architecture for auditable chains of evidence.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to deliver products enabling users to extract, summarize, and interact with complex documents.
  • •Partner with Sales, Operations, Underwriting, and Treasury Management to ensure document intelligence tools meet needs across lines of business.
  • •Own and prioritize the product roadmap for the Document Hub, refining user stories and delivering high-impact releases each quarter.
  • •Define and champion the broader graph strategy—how documents link to business entities, products, and events to keep data standardized, compliant, and discoverable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • •Passion for information architecture, ontology, and a graph mindset, understanding organized data as a prerequisite for effective AI.
  • •Technical fluency speaking the language of engineering and data science, with experience across complex product lifecycles building scalable, resilient platforms.
  • •User-focused design and the ability to build consensus and lead through influence across a large organization.
