Temp Learning Delivery Supervisor

Lead and supervise a Learning & Development/Training team of Training Specialists under the Learning Delivery Manager. You’ll assist with hiring, coach and mentor staff, run performance appraisals, and coordinate training delivery across multiple programs and locations. Manage training reporting, root-cause process breakdowns, and deliver improvement initiatives using adult learning methods, learning management systems, and e-learning/digital techniques to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
