Key Responsibilities

  • •Build strong, profitable relationships with assigned brokers and identify opportunities to grow the Individual portfolio.
  • •Manage portfolio activities including new business, renewals, retention, pricing discussions, and day-to-day broker needs.
  • •Support onboarding of new brokers and nurture long-term relationships across the broker network.
  • •Deliver high-quality customer care by owning issues, following best practice, escalating complaints when needed, and collaborating with internal teams.
  • •Drive sales activity such as renewal conversations, objection handling, quoting, policy changes, billing queries, outbound calls, and managing lapses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 39,200 - 43,000

  • •Background in global health insurance or transferable experience from financial services.
  • •Experience working within regulatory frameworks and managing third-party relationships.
